The Willow Box is located inside of a 16ft enclosed trailer and ready to come to you! Gather your friends and get ready for a one of a kind private shopping experience!
The Willow Box features clothing & accessories for women. Sizes for clothing range from S-3XL, we try to have a little bit for everyone! We have a dressing room with a full length mirror so you can comfortably try-on clothes. If there are any requests for certain sizes please let us know 2-3 weeks before your shopping event! You can also find that we have a variety of accessories which can include anything from jewelry, handbags, scarves and more! We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) and cash.
We encourage the hostess to have fun with their private shopping party! We can bring a table for you to set up refreshments or you can use your own. Some ideas: Mimosa Bar & Muffins for a morning get together, Sweet tea and cookies for an afternoon of shopping or have a girls night in with wine and hors d'oeuvre! Have fun and make this a special get together for you and your friends! The great thing about The Willow Box private shopping parties is that we don't come into your home, the shop comes to you and parks outside!
When Can I Host a Private Shopping Party?
The Willow Box is available to come to you on Weekdays or Weekends! If you have a specific date(s)/time in mind please let us know in advance so we can work with your schedule as best as possible. Most parties last two hours depending on the amount of attendees. For the most current available dates and times, please email thewillowbox@gmail.com.
Where Does The Willow Box Go For Private Shopping Parties?
The Willow Box is based in Shawnee, Oklahoma. We will travel within a 30 mile radius of zip code 74804 at no charge. A small fee of $25 will be charged for every 25 miles travelled beyond the initial 30 mile radius.
Once we have arrived to your location The Willow Box will need access to a plug in for electricity(so you can see all of the cute clothes) a large parking space. We can discuss the size of this when booking your party. The Willow Box has set up in neighborhoods, offices and neighborhood clubhouses...we can make most spaces work! Leveled pavement or a grassy area works best. We ask for the hostess to reserve or save this spot prior to our arrival.

I'm ready to book a party and invite my friends, what should I do!?
Email thewillowbox@gmail.com and we get to planning your shopping event! First we we will choose a date, then we will create a custom invite for you and send you a JPG file to send to your friends via text/email. Another option would be for us to make a FB event you can invite your friends to, in this event we can give your guest a few sneak peeks of items that will be available at the shopping event! This is a great way to communicate with guest and really get them excited about shopping and attending your get together!!
